Randy Bell

Randy Bell is a co-founder and principal of Real Capital Investments, a retail investment brokerage firm focused on the sale and advisory of single tenant, net leased properties, shopping centers and sale-leaseback transactions nationwide.

Prior to co-founding Real Capital Investments, Mr. Bell was with The Woodmont Company, a Dallas – Fort Worth based retail brokerage, development and management firm. While at The Woodmont Company, Mr. Bell specialized in the sale and acquisition of retail shopping centers and single tenant net, leased properties, with a primary focus in Texas and the southwest United States.

Prior to joining The Woodmont Company, Mr. Bell was with Verdad Real Estate, a national retail development firm specializing single tenant, net leased property development. Mr. Bell was part of a team that handled the site selection and acquisition of new development sites for many national retailers including 7-Eleven, Taco Bell, AT&T, Hardee’s/Carl’s Jr., and Starbucks.

Mr. Bell is a graduate of The University of North Texas with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Real Estate/Finance. He is the Vice President of the University of North Texas Real Estate Alumni Association, an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), a member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR) and a member of The Greater Fort Worth Real Estate Council Young Leaders Council.
